    Witnesses. Robt. Jenkyn. John Roberts. junr. Ann Cooper.

    Proved. 21st January, 1743 by Thomas Thrale one of the sons and a residuary legatee. To whom at the same time was granted administration of the goods and chattels. Thomas Love the executor in the said Will named having first renounced.
