BROTHERS IN TROUBLE

William Thrale. 31 of 41. Beresford street, Woolwich, ??? and Thomas Thrale 31, of 1 Cross Alley, Woolwich, firefighter. were charged at Woolwich on Monday with being drunk and disorderly in Powis street on January 17, and William Thrale was also charged with resisting P.C. Sullivan, who said shortly before 11 on Saturday night he saw prisoners drunk and fighting. They refused to go away and one of them said he would witness 'a rough job'. A soldier went to witness's assistance and was knocked down and hustled by the crowd. The latter assumed threatening proportions and several private persons assisted another constable to arrest them - Mr, Bargellay fined prisoners 10s each or 7 days.
