upon the Trusts following that is to say To the use of my Daughter Hester Maria Thrale and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life And from and after the determination that Estate To the use of this before named Samuel Johnson John Cator Jeremiah Crutchley and Henry Smith and their heirs during the natural life of the said Hester Maria Thrale in Trust to support the contingent uses estates and remainders thereafter limited from being defeated or destroyed but nevertheless to suffer my daughter to take and receive the Rents issues and profits of the said last mentioned premises for and during the term of her natural life And from and immediately after this decease of my said daughter Hester Maria Thrale to the use of the first son of her body lawfully to be begotten and to the heirs male of the body of such first son lawfully issuing And for default of such heir To the use of the second third and all and every other son and sons of the body of my said daughter Hester Maria lawfully begotten severally and successively one after another as they shall be in seniority of age and priority of birth and to the several heirs male of their several bodies lawfully issuing the Elder of such son and sons and the heirs male of his body lawfully issuing being always to be preferred and to take before the younger of such son and sons and the heirs male of his body lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs To the use of my daughter Susannah Arabella Thrale and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from And from and after the determination of the Estate thereto the use of the said Samuel Johnson John Cator Jeremiah Crutchley and Henry Smith and their heirs during the natural life of my said daughter Susannah Arabella In trust to support the contingent uses Estates and remainders hereinafter limited from being defeated or destroyed but nevertheless to suffer my said Daughter Susannah Arabella to take and receive the rents issues and profits of my said last mentioned premises for and during the term of her natural life And from and immediately after the decease of my said daughter Susannah Arabella then to the use of the first son of the body of my said daughter Susannah Arabella lawfully to be begotten and to the heirs male of the body of such first son lawfully issuing and for default of such heirs To the use of the second third and all and every other son and Sons of the body of my said daughter Susannah Arabella lawfully begotten severally and successively one after another as they shall be in seniority of age and priority of birth and to the several heirs male of their several bodies lawfully issuing the heirs of such son and sons and heirs male of his body lawfully issuing being always preferred and to take before the younger of such son and sons and the heirs male of his body lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs then to the use of my daughter Sophia Thrale and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life And from and after the determination of that estate to the use of the said Samuel Johnson John Cator Jeremiah Crutchley and Henry Smith and their heirs during the natural life of my said daughter Sophia in trust to support
