Henry THRALE 1781 will

Interest I shall have therein at the time of my decease upon trust to get in and reinvest the same into money as soon as conveniently may be and lay out and invest the same and every part thereof in their monies at interest on government or real securities upon the trusts and to and for the several ends Interests and purposes hereafter mentioned that is to say in case I shall happen to have one or more son or sons living at the time of my death or born in due time after upon trust thereby and thereout to raise and pay unto each such daughter as I shall leave at the time of my death or who shall be born in due time after the sum of ten thousand pounds the same to be respectively paid and payable and each such daughter when as she shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years or be married with the consent of my said wife if living which said legacy or sum of ten thousand pounds I give unto such of my daughters in lieu of the legacy or sum of five thousand pounds each hereinbefore given and provided for them respectively And after raising and paying such legacies to my daughters upon trust to assign transfer and pay the residue and remainder of the said trust premises or the securities wherein the same shall be invested and the interest dividends and profits thereof unto and among all every such son and sons as I shall have at the time of my decease or who shall be born in due time after if more than one equally share and share alike and if but one then to such only son his or their sons as executors, administrators and assigns And share and shares of such son or sons to be assigned transferred and paid to him and them respectively when and if they shall respectively attain his or their age of respective ages of twenty one years but in case I shall not leave any son or sons living at the time of my death or born in due time after or there being such all of them shall die before he or they shall attain the said age of twenty one years then and in such case upon trust to assign transfer and pay the whole of the trust premises or the securities wherein the same shall be invested And the interest, dividends and profits thereof unto and among all and every such daughter and daughters as I shall have at the time of my death or born in due time after if more than one equally share and share alike and if but one then such only daughter the share and shares of such daughter or daughters to be assigned transferred and paid to each of them respectively when and as she or they shall respectively attain her or their respective age or ages of twenty one years or be married with the consent of my wife if she shall be then living which shall first happen. And in case of the death of any or either of such daughter or daughters before her or their said share or shares shall become payable then my Will is that all share or shares of such daughter or daughters so dying shall survive and belong to the survivors or survivor of them and be again subject or liable to the like share or contingency of
