Acknowledgments

The family of the late Ferdinand Daley, would like to express our heartfelt
gratitude and appreciation to all family and friends for the love and support
during this difficult time. Thank you to everyone for your prayers, phone
calls, visits and other expressions of kindness and love. We greatly
appreciate everyone taking the time to celebrate the life of our dear father,
grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, brother, uncle and
friend.

The family of Ferdinand Daley would also like to thank St Luke's Hospice,
the Ellis Practice and the District nurses who all helped with his care in his
final few weeks.
