Mentioned premises for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after the death of my daughter Henrietta Sophia then to the use of the first son of the body of my daughter Henrietta Sophia lawfully to be begotten and to the heirs male of the body of such first son lawfully issuing and for default of such heir to the use of the second third and all and every other son and sons of the body of my said daughter lawfully begotten severally and successively one after another as they shall be in seniority of age and priority of birth and to the several heirs male of their several bodies lawfully issuing the Elder of such son and sons and the heirs male of his body lawfully issuing being always to be preferred and to take before the younger of such son and sons and the heirs male of his body lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs To the use of all and every the daughters of my said Daughter Hester Maria Thrale lawfully to be begotten as Tenants in Common and to the heirs of their several and respective body and bodies lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs To the use of all and every The daughter and daughters of my said daughter Susannah Arabella Thrale lawfully to be begotten as tenants in Common and to their heirs of their several and respective Body and Bodies lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs to the use of all and every the daughter and daughters of my said daughter Sophia Thrale lawfully to be begotten as Tenants in Common and to the heirs of their several and respective body and bodies lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs To the use of all and every The daughter and daughters of my said daughter Cecilia Margaret Thrale lawfully to be begotten as tenants in Common and to their heirs of their several and respective Body and Bodies lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs to the use of all and every the daughter and daughters of my said daughter Henrietta Sophia Thrale lawfully to be Tenants in Common and to the heirs of their several and respective body and bodies lawfully issuing And for default of such heirs To the use of my own right heirs for ever I give and devise unto my dear wife Hester Lynch Thrale all my capital messuages lands, tenements Hereditaments and premises whatsoever situated in the parish of Streatham in the county of Surry to hold to her and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease I give and devise the same last mentioned premises into such person or persons who shall by virtue of this my will be entitled to the residue of my estate and effects for such uses estates and interests as I by me hereinafter disposed and declared of and concerning such residue And I also give to my said wife all and every the furniture plate linen books at household goods china pictures and other things whatsoever in about and belonging to the said capital messuages and premises at Streatham and I also give unto her my wife all and every the furniture plate linen books, household goods China pictures and other things whatsoever in about and belonging to my house in Saint Saviours Southwark where I carry on my business of a Brewer I give and devise unto my said wife Hester Lynch
