    . To my son Ralph Thrale an infant of the age of eight years all my messuage and Farm called Normans Land in the parish of Saundridge, with all lands meadows etc. freehold and copyhold and all my real estate whatsoever to my said son his heirs and assigns for ever. In the case my son die before the age of 21 I devise the said messuage, Farm house etc. and all other myreal estate to my brother William Thrale of Chiswick in the County of Middlesex brewer, his heirs and assigns for ever. To my sister Sarah the wife of John Floyd of the parish of Wethamsted in the county of Hertford, husbandman. £50 to be paid within one year after the death of my mother Mrs. Sarah Thrale. To my loving wife Anne Thrale and to my brother William Thrale all my Farming stock of all kinds with all my personal estate whatsoever to hold until my said son shall arrive at his age of 21 and I direct the said Anne Thrale and Thomas Thrale to surrender my said personal estate to my said son and I desire the said Ann and William Thrale to carry on the said Farming business during the minority of my said son, and to apply a sufficient part of the profit for the maintenance and education of my said son, until age of 21. In case my son die before age of 21 I give to my said wife all my furniture now in my best Chamber called the "blew" room and in that case I also give my said wife £125 Three per Cent reduced Bank Annuities now standing in our names in the Books of the Bank of England.

    The rest of my personal estate whatsoever to my brother William Thrale his executors and administrators.

    My said Wife Anne Thrale and my brother William Thrale executors and Guardians of my son during minority.
